Foremost Jay Tripwire is a DJ and his craft goes back to when every party was vinyl only and there was no sync button, an ethos still to this day Jay adheres to.

Tripwire is getting old and has over 25 years under his belt professionally as a DJ and has toured extensively for 20 years with gigs taking him to over 200 cities worldwide.

He might have blood clots from all that flying, but he drinks alot of fish oil. #notvegan

His finely crafted extended sets deviate from the norm and as a DJ he encompasses a very wide range of underground music, and decades of digging for music to which his ears, neck and back have taken a serious beating from shows in how he walks with a swagger. #arthritis

Jay prepares extensively for every set of gigs with his personally crafted re-edits to match his signature style of long drawn out blends.

A sometimes resident at Mr. C's legendary SuperFreq parties and a regular contributor to the label. Some of the notable label parties have been at BPM festival, NYC for Resolute, Alec Baldwin's 63rd birthday, and of course Fabric in London.

Jay has played many of the worlds top clubs, ones that are current, ones that only older people would know and many underground spots that didn't have a fancy name - just sweaty walls.

Jay has not played any of the top clubs in Ibiza and only 2 in Berlin, Jay doesnt front on that. #crossfit

Always sitting slightly off-centre, Jay Tripwire is an artist that walks the line as industry staple and ever changing innovator, releasing one standout release after another.

It was his early vinyl releases that cemented his place as an originator, that then led to releasing over 300 vinyl records and hundreds of digital projects.

And his accumulated sales are in the millions. Despite that, Jay has never owned a sports car or property anywhere. #ghettofab

Jay has been in the Beatport top 100 since 2014 every single month, and hit the chart in almost every genre...despite never being nominated for an oscar for his work on the soundtrack to Ben Hur...

We're honored to be able to dedicate a entire Exclusive Mix to our good friend and Integrate producer Laurent Blondeau AKA "LO". A little history about him... Laurent Blondeau aka Lo, has been DJing since 1999 and now has a permanent residency with Mr C’s international party Superfreq. As well as a regular DJ himself, he’s also a producer and the promoter of Superfreq Calais, France. Historically, even though he lives in a different country (France), Lo would often cross the English Channel to go to The End to listen to and support his favorite DJs. He became immediately addicted to cutting edge house & techno. These trips helped to influence his music, shaping his style and showing him the right way! At the same time, Lo started to collaborate with the Relief events in France and launched his first party, “Language”, in both Calais and Lille, which enabled him to build a solid reputation and prove to everyone that he could indeed move a dance floor & show his creativity and experience in taking the crowd on a trip to his own universe of tech-house and deep techno. Lo has seen his career mature since he met Mr.C in 2006 and started to collaborate with him by promoting his world famous Superfreq parties in Calais, France. As well as Mr.C, Lo has now played alongside Dubfire, Luciano, Dj T, Adultnapper , Eddie Richards, DJ Three, Clement Meyer, Shane Watcha & Raymundo Rodriguez to name just a few. Lo has played all over Europe and the USA in places such as The End London, Stay bar in New york, Superfreq at Paramount London, H2O in Belgium, Kiosk club in Lille, Name festival, at Bpitch control alongside Ellen Allien, Sacha Funcke and Zander VT & Boho club in Ibiza. In 2010, Lo started to produce his own music, and signed his first track in November 2010 on Energie Records and has since signed music to Suruba, Wiggle, VVWI, Bigger deer records & now Superfreq. LO - Future Is Now Records "Exclusive Podcast"

I don't normally upload other DJs sets on my SC but I'm making an exception with this one. It's done by the incredible Murf live at Superfreq a few weeks ago. If you don't know Murf you should. He's easily my favourite DJ in the world & was resident with me at the legendary Subterrain at The End from 1995-2002. Murf is the Techno Yoda. There's nothing he doesn't know about House & techno music & is a human encyclopedia on cutting edge dance music. Murf has been very ill of late & is in hospital having various types of major surgery. He'd been in hospital for over a week when we had Superfreq & got special permission to leave hospital for 24 hour to come to play for us. The word trooper is a least we can call him. In pain, drugged up to his eyeballs on meds & pain killers, Murf arrived half way through my set to rapturous cheers & applause from the London faithful who all know what hell he's been going through. This set turned FOLD club in London upside down & is a true example of what an amazing DJ & human being this man is. I doff my cap Sir & it's an honour to be able to put this set up on my page & also to call you my friend. I love you brother. <3

Murf At Superfreq - June 2019

2019 was my 5th Burning Man, with 2010 being my first. Distrikt was already one of the top sound camps in BRC almost a decade ago & a place I’ve spent many an hour kicking up the dust with friends over the years. It was therefore of course an honor & a privilege to play at Distrikt this year where I played from 3pm - 4:30pm on the Thursday afternoon. With the crowd just starting to build before I went on I decided to drop the energy back a little to establish a solid groove and start the fun journey that would build the vibes appropriately for all that was to follow that afternoon. I hope you enjoy this musical journey as much as I did. What an amazing day that was.
