Against the Sky marks the third release from Brad Deschamps (anthéne) and Ian Hawgood's (Folk Reels) Rosales project, with previous releases on Archives and their own Home Normal and Polar Seas labels. Against the Sky features Brad and Ian's exquisite ambient guitar journeys, and is lushly mastered by Ian on reel-to-reel tape.

NEXUS 31 THE CAVES OF STEEL

Landed on an entrancing atmosphere when experimenting this morning, wasn't planning to make something ambient but here we are!

I'm excited to have these results because I've always been mesmerized by how an atmosphere can capture you, with my favorites being transition pieces from the band Periphery. The ending of Marigold comes to mind listening to this track.
