I like what you've done here. I think a little more variety and fleshing out of the ideas both in terms of sound design and composition could really sell it.

This track somehow feels upbeat yet sad at the same time. It might be the progression and key chosen?

Nice little thing, but I have a strong feeling that lead is missing the key.

Don't know if this is intentional, but I found it pretty dissonant that your backing synth here plays a Gmajor on the top and a Bb on the bottom (i.e. a member of Gminor) - it continues for the rest of the track.  If it's intentional, I'd suggest putting the Bb *above* the Gmajor rather than below, which is much less dissonant and could be considered bluesy (especially if you make the bottom a G7, so together it's G7#9, i.e. the "Hendrix chord" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominant_seventh_sharp_ninth_chord#Hendrix_chord =D).

pleasant melody, nice bass, although the sweep pads don't seem to fit very well, i quite like the retro disco toms
