Digital fusion is music that combines elements from various genres (for example: jazz, classical, prog) and elements from computer music (for example: video game music, demoscene, keyboard demos) and features solos or other parts of the music programmed via computer software.

Digital fusion sometimes contains “virtual improvisation”: solos in which the process of creation is more spontaneous than a planned composition, but more premeditated than live improvisation, because of being tracked or sequenced into a computer.

Star Bit Soufflé - Super Mario Galaxy Arrangement

This is a little preview of a small RPG soundtrack that I composed back in September. :) It's for a game called Grinsia, which was originally a mobile game with different music, but is being re-released by Nicalis for Steam and 3DS eShop with my own soundtrack. I'm super excited to finally have music in an actual JRPG!

The soundtrack will be available on Bandcamp on May 8th, and maybe some other places as well.
