The continuity on juggling between an 8-hour architectural designer day job and producing tracks for a therapeutic soul relief during the after hours daily prevails. Having a constant grind that forged stimulating and synth-bending tracks, Nicco Homaili’s work shift seems to be split into two distinctive worlds.

Spli+shifts, a moniker to constantly remind himself of the never-ending hustle between work and passion, is an electronic producer based in Singapore who explores on genre bending sounds with drops of trap and hiphop influences. His synth sound selections taps onto genres with the likes from Future Bass & House samples that are then celebrated with grooves inspired by Trap and Boombap sources.

His main influences drew from new age electronic producers such as Klimeks, Sorsari, GEOTHEORY and many others that emulates beats and instrumentals suited for the insomniacs. The outcome of his musical works are to be perceived as psychedelic and groovy for his listeners.
