Born in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, I moved to Syracuse as a young girl. I had young parents who were heavily devoted to art, black knowledge, hip hop and soul music in the 80's. I fell in love with 2Pac when I was 5 and heard "Keep Ya Head Up" playing on MTV. My influences are 2pac, Nas, DMX, Red & Meth, Will Smith, Lil Kim, TLC, Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Temptations, Aaliyah, Smokey Robinson, etc.!!! This is where I get my flavor from! And now I am a mother of 2 young princes and I am here to shine infinite light on Female MC's as well as Conscious MC's.  QUEEN Q
