MC & Hip Hop Scholar inspiring authenticity and curiosity from the stage to the classroom.

Z+Mi is a Boston based electronic duo with pop-leaning sound textures with a hint of R&B flavor. Connecting through mutual friends during their first semester of college, Z+Mi found common ground through their love of 90’s R&B/Hip Hop and began writing music together. They released their first single ‘Fine’ in March 2019  and are adding the last touches to their first EP, which will be self-titled.

I'm a recording/mixing engineer/producer based in Nashville, TN.  I'm also a keyboard player and enjoy occasional DJ'ing house music.

Hope to meet  all sorts of artistic musicians and create something together!

Denisch was Conference Director for Women, Feminist, and Music: Transforming Tomorrow Today Joint Conference of the International Alliance for Women in Music and the Feminist Theory & Music 15 group at Berklee June 6-9, 2019 and is Professor of Composition at Berklee College of Music where she teaches Music Composition and Theory. 

Denisch’s string quartets are available on the upcoming CD “Phantasmagoria,” produced by the Rebecca Clarke Society (RCS).
