Far Too Loud - Firestorm [Funkatech Records]

The seventh installment in Houston producer and #RemixKing That Purple Bastard’s #RemixWednesday campaign sees the Bastard remixing B.G.'s "Move Around" featuring Mannie Fresh in what the Bastard calls a "Western Bounce" style.  The track serves as TPB's tribute to his favorite (former) Hot Boy who was recently sentenced to 14 years in prison for weapons possession charges. Never one to shy from ironic sampling, the Bastard samples Johnny Cash's "In The Jailhouse Now" for the main riff, but drops it over a NOLA Bounce rhythm to create something truly unique. #AllBastardEverything #RemixWednesday #FreeBG
