In the intricate interplay of pronouns, where "I" blends into "we" and "we" dissolves into "us," I find myself standing alone, a conundrum wrapped in the web of solidarity. The language around me promises a collective sanctuary, yet within its clutches, I remain distinctly singular.

("No man is an island... but aren't we all surrounded by seas?")

Why, then, do I feel isolated in this sea of plurality? Words spin a narrative of connection, a story where individualities merge seamlessly into a collective journey. But the story unravels at the edges; the chorus fails to echo my voice. This connection, fragile and fleeting, slips through my fingers like a sunset fading into the night.

("This too shall pass... laugh... what if it lingers?")

My loneliness stems not from a lack of company but from the spaces within that remain empty, echoing with the solo of an "I" that finds no harmony in "we." In the domain of "us," my voice seeks its reflection, longing for a resonance that grasps not just the syntax of togetherness, but the poetry that animates each soul uniquely.

If "I" is part of "we" and "we" belong to "us," then my solitude is a paradox: a silent cry amidst a concert of voices, a quiet rebellion against the illusion of unity. My solitude isn't shaped by the absence of others, but by the pursuit of an "us" that can truly understand the depth of an "I." Here, in the stillness, I seek not merely companionship but communion.

The fog’s already swirling inside your lungs,
the blood's clotting thick within.
Oh, don’t tremble, love,
it only makes your blood taste sweeter.
That’s how I find you,
your veins pulsing like a plea.
That’s how I feed,
sipping the warmth from your wound.

I walk through darkness laced in sin,
trails of gore turned to mist.
London rain runs with the crimson
down my grin.
Your eyes say run, your pulse says stay,
arteries raw and torn.
You don’t know which side I play,
heart beats still leaking warm.
You think I’m mercy in a velvet coat,
soft as peeled flesh.
But I’m the blade you never wrote,
slicing through your chest.

Patience, darling, one more beat,
feel the steel kiss your heat.
I cut your veins that bleed with sin
as it seeps down my chin.
I love the way your fear sounds sweet,
ribs splintering beneath.
Close your eyes and count to ten,
guts spilling then.
When you open them I’m there again,
kidney slick inside my grip.

tongue on the arterial core.

call my name through the pain.
I dangle mercy like a ring, ring, ring,
heart torn from its string.
You fall, you fall,
and I take everything.

Every little shiver, that’s mine to carve in red.

Aww, it's too late! The skin flayed away!

bones fracturing one by one.

run undone, viscera overrun.

lungs punctured in your turn.

jaws on your femoral pour.

skull split wide, offering.

and I take everything, organs stacked in offering.

The night keeps my secrets,
drenched in the slaughter's slick.
The body hums my name,
echoing the wetter drip.
When the mist rolls in again,
laced with bits of you.

before you scream.

I love playing with words, finding new ways to put them together to express what I feel. I hope my poems encourage others to share their feelings openly and honestly. My aim is to paint pictures with words, making them sing in a way that touches everyone's heart and mind.
