They’ve started to chill together, talking about life, gear and Brittany. One day he sent them about 40 demos, saying he’d love to release his first EP on Supergenius Records. Impressed by the quality of the tracks, they instantly said yes. That was the easy part. The tough one was to select the tunes for this release, as each one was more amazing than the last.
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Master Flashhh, new to the game but not newbie at all. Cinematic, audacious, thought-provoking, his music is carved with great attention to detail and storytelling. In Blue Eyes, the producer draws his inspiration from concrete architecture, backpacking in the Atacama desert on LSD (Los Salvajes Discos) and long solitary walks alongside the ocean in Finistère Brittany (Blue Eyes). Hailing from Paris red light district, his neighbors banging behind the wall gives him original sound material too (X-Rated). In his own words: “In perpetual search for transcendent sounds in infinite earth and creator of sound material on full moon nights". If it wasn’t clear enough…

t.y.jake is a Boston based producer currently studying at Berklee College of Music. A classically trained tuba player raised on wide array of music from funk and disco to classic rock, he started producing at the age of 16. His samples showcase a proficiency on a litany of instruments - from vibraphones, horns, guitars, upright bass, pianos, voices and percussion the tracks range from low-key, downtempo pieces around 80bpm, to absolute burners clocking in at over 170.

The layers here run deep and each piece has its own identity, a window into a musical world Jake continues to build and grow, and we’re excited to get to share this new volume with you.
