I seem to be flying away 



Through the years like coal underground we have been stored together 
Taught and challenged, friends and enemies alike 
But after today 
We will walk in opposite directions

But like a shattered diamond the pieces remain parts of each other 
Identical forms in inidentical shapes 
Spread widely throughout the world and still ever connected 
Still as much a part of each other 
As we are separate of the whole 

We are forever parts of each other’s lives 
Shaping the young minds of our friends 
Leaving memories and traces of our hometown 

Maybe someday we’ll look back
At all the diamonds we became 
And see different shapes 
But we will always know that deep down 
Those diamonds are pieces of the same grain same coal same heart same middle same end 
Same start

I’m glad that you found the courage 
The courage to go to bed and wake up when the sun come over the trees slides through your window and hits the hair beside you I’m glad you can find hope in someone else while I can’t even handle myself and maybe my nights scream at me to stay awake because only i know the conversations when my eyes are clo  sed
But where does happiness come from if not in the warmth beside you
I don’t regret it no because we weren’t working and a blind man could have seen it coming from a mile away you stormed out you car and shouted that I wasn’t good enough anymore and I think that’s okay....
But I would really like it back cause even though I love my friends I still feel lonely
In a crowded room 
So much love to give but still I feel alone so someone

Save me from all the long nights of my brain working to fast save me from all the mornings when the anvil of life won’t budge off my chest cause sometimes all I need is a shoulder or an arm to give me a hand and a place to rest my hand or head


The universe is mostly empty, and so are we 

I want someone I can share now with 
Watch the stars on my roof 
Before we close the window behind us
Under the moon you rest your head on my shoulder  
I know that it’s all I need
Share now with me enjoy what we can see together I know now it doesn’t have to be romantic it still pulls at my heart the same way
We spent so many hours together
