Beirut, Lebanon...  it was the early 1980's, yet it could be yesterday, even the days to come...  a young, beautiful woman lies tanning on a beach chair, the missile-pocked and bullet-riddled facades of the bleach-white hotels in the background...  "Forget this country...", she said "...forever...".
