I like bits of the Trainer battle theme from the new Gen games, but it mostly feels like a clusterfck. I modified the melody and chords in sections in an attempt to make the theme flow more smoothly. I also tried to make it a LITTLE more Celtic (maybe not overtly).

I was testing out some new tools I downloaded today, first a GBS exporter, then an NSF to MIDI converter. The song I used as part of this test I ended up translating the sequence for into a more legitimate form, which I'll probably put up on VGMusic within moments of posting this.
