RACHELL is a duo made up of Ugo Pignal and Milan Kaffy. Their work reveals in this rich blend of textures, driven by their love for blending leftfield electronic sounds with intriguing percussion and indie-infused guitar-based sound.

A shared passion for contemporary music has led them to work together on many compositions, dominated by electronic sounds and enriched with instrumental and acoustic sequences.

Their live show let us feel how the two partners express their perception of a sound in perpetual mutation, stretching across many genres.

Driven by a love of polyrhythms, producer/designer Paul Chin (@ohyeahpaulchin) has fine-tuned his vulnerable approach to storytelling through beats, vividly illustrated across the electronic landscape of his new EP Dancing Drums. The young Toronto-based artist's classical and jazz training, combined with intricate attention to detail in his drum programming, has helped evolve his sound into a rich, reverberating blend of moodiness and texture.

The undulating Dancing Drums EP layers frenzied anthems like "War Drums" alongside chilled, expansive tracks such as "Home" and "Deep Jupiter", which is complemented by a penetrating remix by like-minded contemporary and rhythmic mastermind Shigeto. These instrumental explorations are wonderfully offset by the hymnic vocals of Gillian Mapp on "Shaman Chant", rounding out the undulating, timeless release.

Dancing Drums is out worldwide June 9 on 12-inch vinyl featuring artwork by Paul Chin.

SUPERNAIVE consists of two brothers – bound by blood and music – who live between Paris and Tokyo. They blend electronic and acoustic music with a unique and delicate touch. After the success of their EP «Dazed & Confused» in June 2017, they released «Lions & Pigs» in April 2018 and are now unveil their debut album «Nekomata».

The brothers chose to personify two oneiric characters that have almost identical faces. They cover their faces with masks that are symbol of eternal youth in Japanese Noh  theatre – allowing the music to give life to their poetic doubles.  They have performed DJ set and Live in many cities in France and across the world (Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong).

Ki-005 // Split Series 1/3 (Hamburg)

The two Hamburg based acts Me Succeeds and Arp Aubert are responsible for the first part of a Ki Split Series. On the EP named after the city in the north of Germany the two acts combine their friendship and musical preferences to remix each other and contribute one very own track on each side.

Me Succeeds, with their members Mona Steinwidder, Sebastian Kokus and Lorin Strohm, is a part of Hamburgs Labelcollective i saw music and their songs combine Indie Pop with electronic beats and chords.

Arp Aubert consists of the two founding members of Mirau Records: Stephan Lorenz and Marco Niemerski. Niemerski is better known for his productions as Tensnake.

The Ki-Split 1/3 (Hamburg) is truly a family matter. Because of their close friendship, Me Succeeds and Arp Aubert have created a very intense and emotional record.
