Supernova

Nicola Conte & Nico Lahs return with their eagerly awaited second EP, continuing the musical journey they began with their acclaimed 12” Macumba de Oxalà / La Danse De L’Esprit.

This new release confirms the creative synergy between two producers who speak the same musical language: a refined blend of spiritual jazz, Afro-American rhythms and electronic sensibility, designed for the most eclectic and sophisticated dancefloors. The Tema Due project is aimed at a refined club scene, attentive to the depth and purpose of sound. Once again, Conte and Lahs are turning the dance floor into a ritual space, where body and spirit move in harmony in a musical language that not only entertains but also elevates.

In this “EP2”, Nicola Conte and Nico Lahs collaborate for the first time with the talented young Brazilian percussionist Gabriel Prado and consolidate their long-standing partnership with pianist Pietro Lusso, who plays a fundamental role in shaping the musical identity of this work. Among the tracks, “Share Your Love” stands out in particular, interpreted by Brazilian singer Nina Miranda, who brings emotional depth to a track that talks about peace, sharing and love between peoples, and is enriched by the participation of Giovanni Guidi on Fender Rhodes and synths.

“EP2” precedes the release of Tema Due’s full-length album, which is currently taking shape – a work that promises to further consolidate the duo’s shared vision, expanding their conceptual and sonic scope. To crown this creative cycle, the album will also be followed by a third EP with additional unreleased tracks, symbolically closing a trilogy of sound and vision. A coherent, intense and uncompromising musical journey, where club culture meets spirituality and artistic exploration.

Wir starten in das neue Jahr mit unserem Podcast # 029.
 
Unser nächster Streich kommt von Nil Son (@nil-son)und er stammt  aus Dresden. Er teilte sich ein paar Mal die Player mit unserem Schnukkel Martin Saupe (@msaupe), was uns dazu brachte, den Guten mal genauer unter die Lupe zunehmen. Das Ergebnis unserer kleinen Analyse war so spitze, dass wir ihn unbedingt für unsere kleine aber feine Reihe gewinnen mussten. Nil Son ist schon seit Ende der Neunzigern in der Szene unterwegs und entschied sich 2003 die ersten Plattenspieler zu kaufen. Seit 2007 ist er richtig aktiv in der Dresdner Szene unterwegs. Neben Dresden bespielte er viele Clubs und Festivals u.a. in Leipzig, Berlin, Zürich. Er ist DJ aus Leidenschaft mit einem wahnsinnigen Gespür für gute Tracks. Er selber empfindet sich nicht wirklich als Künstler ,sondern eher als „Track-Selektor“ der die Künstler, welche die gute Musik basteln, adäquat präsentieren möchte.
Für uns stellen seine Fähigkeiten, so geschickt Tracks zu kombinieren und dabei Menschen ein schönes Gefühl und eine gute Zeit zu bereiten, ganz gewiss eine Kunst dar...

Schön, dass Du Dir für uns die Zeit genommen hast.
Das Ergebnis ist eine leckere „Ohrenweide“ und passt mega gut an unsere Kaffeetafel, vielen Dank dafür!

End of summer of a real weird year😜 But far far away, behind the seven hills there was a little festival that was really a really lovely happening,- I'm talking about (Wilde) Milde Möhre❣️❣️❣️ 
THX once to the team for the possibility to get a part of your "Milde Möhre - Klimperkiste" this year🙏 For sure also big THX to the crowd for dancing and celebrating something like normal this year🙏 
Finaly i load up my set recording sundays at "Wildschreck" with great weather and lovely people🥰
You all stuck a small plaster with a heart on the wounds that this corona summer tore. Not everything feels all right again, but at least i can leave this summer with a new, wonderful memory🙏❤️

Born in 1980, Fineschliff made his first contact with music by playing violin and guitar as a child. Bugged by his friend Curtis, he started in the late 90's with Djing. After a period of creative self discovery and experiences in the US like burning man, he began to start his first own events in munich and became member of Grenzfrequenz. From then on, Fineschliff has had the chance to play along with many stars. His newest project is Augophilia a festival he became member of at Algaida (Mallorca, Spain) and the privat event series "Team Turbo" at different secret locations.
