Iguana - All Is Not As It Seems (2001)

Iguana was a project that started in early 1999 in Rijeka, Croatia.
Founded by the producer/remixer/DJ Mauro Enass the project varied with the number of members till the end of it's productive life. (in the end of 2005)
The project started with the goal to create music and learn the whole process of this art.
At the beginning the projects were just some simple dance tracks and ideas that later grew into trance/club music and finally at the end slowed down to todays popular 128-130 BPM house influenced music.
Maybe 80% of the tracks are instrumentals and the rest have a lead vocal part or some vocal samples on them.
All of the production was done in Rijeka/Croatia in a small bedroom, then a home studio and at the end in a bigger, but still, home studio.
As said, the members varied. From producers to DJ's, vocalists to writers.

Romana Žic (vocalist - credited for 2 tracks)

This SoundCloud project is a collection of some of the work Iguana did through out the years. (not all of the tracks were found, but we are working on it)
It's a digital memory album, a time machine, a journey into the past that we want to share among us (Iguana), and with everybody that are interested about our work those years.
90% of these tracks never saw "the light of the day", were never published & never aired anywhere but here from this moment on...

The project came to a stop at the end of 2005. 
The only member left, Mauro Enass, still produced some tracks till 2007 under the name Iguana.
In the beginning of 2008 the "Iguana" name was shut down forever, after every single member went solo with their work/jobs.

We will try to put as much material as we can on this page, but due to the recording time limitation, we will certainly need to make another "continuation" page - #2.
