The Latin title "Causa Nostrae Laetitiae" translates literally as "Cause of Our Joy."
It is one of the traditional Marian titles in the Litany of Loreto (a litany in honor of the Virgin Mary). The meaning is devotional: Mary is called the cause of our joy because, through her "yes", she gave birth to Jesus Christ, who is the source of Christian joy.

*   Nostrae → of our
*   Laetitiae → joy, gladness

When Catholics pray "Causa nostrae laetitiae, ora pro nobis," they are saying:
"Cause of our joy, pray for us."
