EcoMúsica | Conversas de um piano com a fauna brasileira traz um registro sonoro inovador, no qual o pianista apresenta um diálogo entre o piano e os sons de aves, insetos e um anfíbio, obtidos na Fonoteca Neotropical Jacques Vielliard (FNJV), da Unicamp.

Temas originais, criados especialmente por Caramuru, foram  agregados e amalgamados cuidadosamente aos sons captados em diversos locais do país, resultando em um trabalho artístico que homenageia com reverência e delicadeza a natureza brasileira. Piano e os sons dos bichos operam no mesmo status, em tempo real, indo além do conceito de solo/acompanhamento, podendo ser observados nas 14 faixas do CD, diferentes procedimentos de criação musical, tais como imitação, contraste, contraponto, melodia acompanhada, atonalismo, referências modais, blues, jazz, entre outros.
