On the second EP for his Dynamics Of Acid label, acid aficionado MOY — fresh from releases on Nocta Numerica and Batrachian —  teams up with the mysterious Zodiac Childs for a feast of shredded breaks, electro melodies and moody atmospheres.

On the A-side, MOY’s ‘Ratufa’ mixes euphoric pianos, hardcore drums and glowering bass with a side order of 303, while Zodiac Childs ups the intensity with a remix that adds ascending arpeggios and gigantic rave stabs to light up the dance.

On the B-side, Zodiac Childs offers up the smouldering break chops and cavernous bass bleeps of ‘Overstep’, before flipping into acid madness halfway through. Finally, MOY’s version threads serpentine sulphuric tones through an intricate melodic arrangement and a dusty hip-hop drum loop. 

It all adds up to a jaw-dropping release from two of the hottest names in the electronic underground.

We present you the EP from Anton Levdikov "The Umbra is going wild". Umbras are the author's mythical characters, about whom he tells legends about and depicts in his paintings and installations. The EP chronicles their journeys, which become wilder from track to track: through darkness to light, through light to darkness. A long but fascinating journey.

Musically, Anton notes his love for industrial music, acid house and electronic body music. The remixes involve producers from different genres: their diversity continues the path of Umbra. Among them: Mexican producer TKUZ, Spaniard and owner of the Logical Records label - Ivan De La Rouche, resident of Arma 17 and Pinkman - LVRIN, one of the founders of the Bravers - ORYOL and resident of Temple de Plastique - JULIA KONOR.

In terms of music, our instant access to information from the past & engrained intuitions lead us to revisit atavistic rhythms of the past & reinterpret them with new sensibilities.
