Astronauts & Presidents (demo)

Here's my draft of the #Soundhunters Zoolook contest. As a very big Jean Michel Jarre fan I was extatic when I read about this contest. Spent the past weeks in my studio to create this track using the Deadelus Kit. I made a Battery kit of the Daedelus samples and produced this in Ableton. The other percussion sounds come from ‘Evolve Mutations 2’

I can proudly announce that my track has been selected to enter the final 30 tracks of wich Mr Jarre himself will choose 6 to enter the ZOOLOOK revisited album.

An uplifting trance track with the vocals coming from Producer Loops. This track is unsigned and as I'm hunting for my first release for some time now I'm hoping this one could be it!

Music Is My Suicide

From the moment he could operate a stereo system and tape recorder, the majority of his free time was devoted to music.  At that time it was only some recording and editing of the charts (on tape) and he became familiar with a variety of different styles of music. Later on he started DJ-ing with 2x Technics 1210 and moving on to CDJ's and controllers. Mid 90's only hardcore, later club, classics/oldstyle, trance and hardstyle. After some time off in the mid 00's he got an opportunity through a friend to occasionally do some dj work .

This was exactly what he needed to spark things up and got him all fired up again and realised he quickly wanted to make music again. 

He recently built his Home studio (Ableton/MaschineMk2/Komplete 10/Roland System 1) and the musical styles are very diverse.

Inspired by people like Jean Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Leon Bolier, but also band music, rock, hiphop and many more is wat interests him.
