Tellus returns to Modern Conveniences with his third EP for the label. Serendipity showcases a mature producer evolving his sound while also looking back. “Drifting Sand” recalls dBridge’s finest melodies from the height of the autonomic era, while “Pipeline” presents Tellus’s more upfront drum & bass side. “Irukandji” and “Long Way Back” exemplify his signature halftime style with their distinctive, syncopated rhythms and lush textures. Lastly, Tellus and Akuratyde reunite for “Up River”, a fully ambient expansion of the outro from their 2020 collaboration “Down River”. 

Serendipity EP is available worldwide on November 3rd.

Mark Kloud should need no introduction to those familiar with the deeper side of beats, from his excellent material on a plethora of great labels. He turns his unique talents to Omni Music and presents us 4 tracks of original Nu-Jungle. The title track gives an indication of things to come with its sublimely chopped jungle rhythms and sweeping pads, offering sounds to appeal to both jungle and atmos heads alike. Eastern Meteor takes the listener deeper with a relaxed intro that breaks into life with exploding breaks. Our Youth is made perfectly for the dancefloor with it's feverish amen loop and fervent pads. This fantastic EP ends with the original sounds of 'The Stars Were Never Aligned' that begins with deep electronica that carefully teases the speakers before the experimental splintered breaks and epic bass stabs launch the 2nd half of the track into the outer realms. This is another great selection of music from this huge talent and we hope to hear more from him soon.
