UNITRES - Final Boss

Old tune I made from 2010--a theoretical attempt at making a proper credits tune for Sonic 2 that wasn't just a medley of the existing songs. I still like this song, though I don't feel it accurately accomplishes what I set out to do with it three years ago.

This is before I started using VOPM, so everything is using 'soundalike' instruments from FM8.

Sonic 2 Credits Concept



Old tune I made from 2010--a theoretical attempt at making a proper credits tune for Sonic 1 that wasn't just a medley of the existing songs. This one turned out a little better and a little more accurate than my Sonic 2 concept (uses more of the established chord progression, instruments, etc) although it's a little less endearing.

I started using VOPM for this one, so it sounds a bit more feasible as a concept.
