Gipsy Universal - I Cant Let Go (feat. Skyler Leone)

This track is about a look into a glimpse of time when you are in the state between consciousness and unconciousness when drifting off to sleep called, "hypnagogia."  It's that time where you are in a sense of distorted time and are transitioning between what is real and what is fantasy.  You can feel weightless, or falling, flying, or out of control.  Consciousness gives way to allow the creative and unrestrained self to be free.  

The Beat Makers Guild M.C. is a fellowship of music producers, musicians, beat makers, mix & master engineers, vocalists, media influencers, graphic artists, and music enthusiasts from all over the world that get together weekly to take on projects and challenges they create for themselves for the pure enjoyment of the challenge, learning and teaching new skills, artistic collaboration, and for the camaraderie with one another.  

The Beat Maker's Guild M.C. began as a COVID19 project using "Zoom" meetings while in quarantine.  Since then, the Guild has grown.  The team recently tried something new and introduced an idea where one of the music producers would create simple beat production with a  basic arrangement that the rest of the Guild members would use to contribute their musical ideas and contributions with the goal of growing the seed it into a full track.  Everyone loved the process, experience, and the end result that the team felt it was warranted to be released for the entire world to enjoy. 

On this track, the "seed" and lead production and arrangement began and finished with Crispy101.  The lyrics were written and tracked by BSUEBEATS.  Our newest Guild member, Nora G., provided the vocals for the track.  Dick Miller provided the savvy guitar licks while DopeBeatDan and Sound Man Rob provided the sonic synth tones and additional beat/percussion elements to provide a quality flavor while simultaneously riding in the co-producing chair.  The rhythmic bass was laid down by DopeBeatDan late in the project that took the track to another level.  Leading the sonic mixing and mastering work was DopeBeatDan with Sound Man Rob in the co-engineer's seat giving this track its polished professional vibe.   

While the track was released under the artist, Crispy101, it was truly a work of multiple talented artists and collaborators.
