Do not be afraid of what you may encounter here…
Could be the Headless Horseman, thundering in his hollow silence
Maybe some Leprechauns, slipping through the cracks of Freaky Forest
Or some Unicorns, vanishing into the camping ground
You’ll never see them on the dance floor

Did I forget to mention La Llorona? Wandering by the river

And of course… Cyclops
Haunting the front of the floor with slow, hypnotic motions
Yet too far to ever cause you harm…
Perhaps not even aware of your existence at all

So do not fear these creatures. They're all here to have a good time
Just have fun dancing in the Creatures Corner, blowing up the sunshine

Rizbra is a UK-based DJ and producer who is quickly carving out a unique space in the electronic music scene with his dark, atmospheric, and ethereal soundscapes showcasing his rising talent as a producer. Rooted in the underground, Rizbra blends the pulsating energy of melodic techno and the intricate layers of progressive house to create a sound that captivates both the mind and the dancefloor. Having been a resident DJ for the last 6 years, Rizbra aims to reach a wider audience with his own unique take on the genre.

Growing up immersed in the UK’s highly active drum and bass scene, Rizbra's music aims to reflect the raw energy and innovative spirit of his early influences. Now, he channels these inspirations into a fresh and distinct style, aiming to push melodic techno beyond its underground roots in the UK, and into a broader audience. As he continues to evolve, Rizbra remains dedicated to redefining the boundaries of electronic music, one hypnotic beat at a time.

Otorongo is the Quechua word for Jaguar, Curinahuel is the same in Mapudungu.

Otorongo is a music selector originally from Chile, currently based in Meanjin (Brisbane). His sets are meticulously curated to take audiences on a journey. Some times it might be a pleasant walk through mountain rainforest, tropical floodplains, or wherever your imagination feels the most comfortable. Other times a deep dive into the realm of the spirits, where light and darkness get confounded. 

Otorongo's sets are percussive, with exotic instruments and vocals, usually filled with nature samples, and always driven by ancient rhythms, carefully blended to ensure you feel free to dance. 

Expect from ethnic downtempo and folktronica to eclectic Afrofuturism, passing through deep tech.

He is co-founder and curator of ISU TAKI (@isu-taki), a collective that organises parties to promote emerging beats from Abya Yala (aka Latin America) and beyond.
