Ibiza native Jaime Fiorito and Alex Bradley from Utopia Records first met back in 2012 when Alex hosted his infamous Love Fever night in the back room at club Space and connected over their passion for the original Balearic spirit and curation of the dance. After three months and several new vinyl orders, I've finished a project I’ve wanted to do for years: a tribute mix to Jean Frank Cochois, aka The Timewriter. A man of many aliases, JFC has impacted my musical tastes more than any other artist in my lifetime. I’ve been following his work close to heart since my unforgettable exposure to Jigsaw Pieces in 2000. After that, house music was never the same for me.

The mix runs three hours and contains 36 personal favorites from JFC’s massive catalog. It begins on the vinyl side with his deep & dubby Driftwood aliases and spans two decades of profound music that has stirred up feelings I could never put into words. Quite simply, it speaks the language of my soul. I hope you enjoy the journey. <3
