A collaboration between Benjamin Crystal & Butter Thieves. Birthed in Arambol in early 2021, the recording and writing sessions were infused with Goan sunsets, Vedic culture and the soundtrack of the Arabian Sea. One of those synchronous meets where the stars and waves aligned to create a timeless dance floor classic. An eclectic fusion of cultures and genres. Dance, Rap, Shamanic, Mantra Beat and Ecstatic Dance. The Lyrics are inspired by Krisha consciousness and the Bhagavad Gita. An anthem for the conscious dance generation and beyond. From the vaults of my personal remixes comes this heartfelt and bassy rework of Jasmine Thompson’s cover of the Ed Sheran classic, “I See Fire”. 

I’ve been holding onto this remix for a few years now. You may remember it from the Conscious Contribution Volume 4 mix, but it was never officially released to the public. I had plans of my own for it, as it was to become the next storytelling piece in the Ethoterra performance roster; A tale of the twin-flame Phoenix. Unfortunately, that piece never came to be and as such the song sort of faded into the recesses of my music collection. Now seems like as good a time as ever to bring it back.
