Caution: there are many videos with lots of "Likes" claiming to be 528hz but they are melodic: strings of different notes representing different frequencies strung together to form a "song".  Albeit, sometimes very nice & relaxing songs, these are NOT pure 528 hz frequencies, so be careful what you listen to for "healing" purposes. Yes, many of them have 528 hz running in the background of the music, but this is not the most effective way to upload the frequency into your body.  From my long experience with these vibrations, you don't need to play this frequency loud - it's better to have it very faint in the background as you relax or meditate or go about your day.  You shouldn't really even notice it, put the volume really low.  This will have the best impact on your body :)
