No one likes to feel anxious, but the discomfort serves a good purpose. It’s a symptom of something gone wrong – that something is broken.

Drinking, eating, sex, antidepressants, smoking – these all are ways to remove the symptoms while leaving the cause totally unaddressed. Without having met and dealt with the spiritual cause of anxiety, then whatever is wrong and remains wrong.

There is a simple way out of the anxiety dilemma.

#001 The Real Cause of Anxiety

The simple fact is that everything you’ve ever been told about the Ego, everything you have read or heard from psychologists, spiritual pundits, religious clerics, and university professors has been wrong.

#002 What is 'Ego?'

A person who commits suicide or mass murder isn’t who you think they are. He has become the identity of someone else, who’s gotten inside him.

This is metaphysical, and because of this, experts will always look toward wrong solutions. They're confused about the nature of human-kind and have no idea what they’re dealing with.
It is worse than they could ever imagine, but also simpler to solve that they will likely ever know.

You’ve probably heard that antidepressants can help rebalance the chemicals in your brain. But in truth, just about everything the professionals say on the subject of depression is speculative. Dan explains exactly how psychoactive medications cause a person to commit violent acts like murder and suicide. Later Dan and Dan Jr. discuss how antidepressant use is on the rise. John is curious  about Dan's source of knowledge, ("Where do you get all this stuff?") and Howard wants to know what their favorite movies are.

Dan discusses the little feelings, thoughts and ideas we all get, with which so many struggle – the thinking that often brings fear, resentment or doubt – and the simple solution to them. Also, Hank keeps getting interrupted while he meditates, and Paul feels like a lost young man scared of the world.

#008 Don't Turn Into a Useless Blob

This is the full version of Non-Contemplative Meditation™. It can be used immediately or after you’ve first sampled the 12 Minute introduction. This version works exactly the same as the introduction but is more thorough.  It’s also longer and should be taken in small doses––typically just 10 or 15 minutes at a time is all that is needed, twice a day at the times detailed in the directions. The Pre-talk and Post-talk will still apply. 

Caution is advised. This isn’t a toy. Non-Contemplative Meditation is a simple but powerful spiritual apparatus, delivering powerful results. It is not something to be dabbled in or abused. Before going forward please be sure this is the path you wish to take.

It allows you to become mindfully conscious of your thoughts in a way where anxiety, depression, vices, and the fear of financial insecurity and people will resolve completely and quickly. You’ll find peace and confidence, freedom of all obsessiveness, addictions and harmful behavior.

There’s no coursework, no workbooks, nothing to learn or to join. There are no donations to send, no sermons or seminars to attend. No human effort is required from you at all to receive the benefit except to practice Non-Contemplative Meditation exactly as described and nothing more.
