The world we grew up in is not an accurate representation of the true love that we all hold within us. Throughout our lives we have seen war, hatred, jealousy, judgement, shame, anger, sadness, depression, and more. We have all gone through A LOT to get to this moment; if your reading this you are already on the way to your greatest version. Everyone that is alive right now is here because we are strong enough to shift the global consciousness of the planet. We all have different templates but we all feel the same emotions. Over and over we have all been programmed to treat ourselves in unhealthy manners; we must break the cycle. The true energetic force that we all emanate is Love. It is the strongest power in the universe; Love. 





I am a part of you and you of I. No person can make you feel any sort of way; the feelings you hold are already within you.  The universe places people in our lives that trigger us so we can be aware of the unhealthy energies that we have subconsciously locked in our minds. I am eternally thankful for everyone that triggers me. The people that trigger us most are always the people we are closest to; we love each other so much that we are willing to reflect to each other. The universe is very smart in this way. It is always trying to help us heal; forever guiding us in the purest way. We are all apart of God and God is always speaking through us. The lows in my life have truly brought me much growth. Whenever I am triggered I always ask myself how I feel. Is there another part of my life where I make myself feel this way The answer is always yes. Admit to the unhealthy ways you have been living and make an effort to bring change within you. Send the energy of love into your heart and tell yourself exactly what you need to hear to feel love. I am love. I am acceptance. I am forgiveness. I am worthy. I am joy. I am strong. I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am infinite abundance. I am open to the universal plan. I surrender. I am faith. I trust that everything is always working out for my greatest good. Thank you to all the divine spirits that assist I and I along this journey, I have eternal gratitude. I accept and follow your guidance forever. I am perfect. 



The answers you need are already within you, all you need to do is ask. Meditation brings clarity and understanding from an entirely new height. Most of all remember to have fun and do what you love. The power of following your dreams will bring you true happiness. If it is not helping you heal then it is not meant for you. You always have a choice. There is no excuse. We all choose the frequency we wish to live in. I choose love.

Let us tear the illusion of separation in the knowledge that we are all one. We are stronger together. When you hurt others you hurt yourself. When you love others you love yourself. Pay close attention to your thoughts and actions. Language is the spell of your life. Use it for light. Tell yourself the truth.
