Deenara has been casting imaginative sets in Europe and beyond, including a residency at Kyiv's CHI.  Eager to translate her connection with the dancefloor and affinity for electronic sounds into her own productions, the gifted artist joins MoBlack Records. "The Empress" starts off with vigorous beats and mystical resonance, undulating on a lush groove. Ushering in transcendent instrumentals, perceptive electronic cadences and permeating harmonies, the original commands with depthness, rapture and persuasion through finish.  Complementing Deenara's craft with a decorous touch, MoBlack lets gravity run its course in his own reinterpretation. Pulling "The Empress" earthbound with provocative house rhythms, this remix sustains the original's melodies and lets them wander, satiating the space between sensation and imagination with sound and belonging. MoBlack rounds out the trio with a Melodic rendition. DGTL Records marks its fifth anniversary in style with brand new album ‘5YRS of DGTL Records’. The 14-track long player is released on April 16th as a 4x 12” vinyl set and drops digitally across 4 separate EP releases between February 18 and April 1, of which the third one features Adriatique, Roman Flügel and Nicky Elisabeth. All three make their debut on the imprint.

5YRS of DGTL Records is a perfect reflection of not just of the label itself but also its global event patron: headliners sitting equally alongside local talent and up-and-coming acts. Over the past five years, DGTL Records has grown into its own as a fully-fledged musical arm of the overall DGTL musical experience.

Adriatique (@adriatique) ramps up the third release with the uplifting and progressive track, ‘Arcade Mode’. A constant drive is layered throughout the track supported by deep kicks, warm synths and soothing sound design, ‘Arcade Mode’ delivers you a sense of enlightenment and freedom.
Roman Flügel (@roman-fluegel) brings in the sun with ‘The Mass’. Tribal elements are found throughout, from the jumpy drum patterns to springy synths, which helps deliver this sense of optimism even further, embodying a truly warm summer song. 
To close the third release Nicky Elisabeth (@nicky-elisabeth) delivers ‘Into Your Arms’, riddled with a sense of nostalgia, yet also hopefulness. With soothing vocals and warm percussions throughout the track, lose yourself to memories of the past as breakcore drum patterns and bouncy kicks take you by surprise.

Soul Alt Delete's releases have always received high acclaim. For his debut release on ICONYC we're excited to welcome Rafael Cerato & Antony Toga, as well as Curt Reynolds on remix duty to bring us their take on Soul Alt Delete's debut single 'Words Not Spoken'. 

Soul Alt Delete who knows a thing or two when it comes to mind blowing productions, delivers an irresistible track that kicks things off nicely with the melancholic vibes setting the tone. He roams effortlessly through melodic inspired vibes, while the sultry chords sit wonderfully on top of the driving percussive foundation while the vocal zooms in and out for maximum effect. S.A.D. takes it up a notch by adding an extra layer of depth, whilst upping the flow with cleverly programmed drumming and his trademark FX elements, without destroying the essence of the main groove. His work deserves to be branded 'essential' in any sense of the word.

On remix duty we welcome Rafael Cerato & Antony Toga, to the label. The duo doesn't need any introduction, as they are universally known for their driving and refined sound. The duo delivers a break's infused melodic mix for the ages. Their remix is driven by the pulsating bass and tight drumming as they both combine to do the talking. Like something from yesteryear yet sounding totally fresh - This massive touch up takes the energy quantities up a level and increases the drive with stripped back and lucid elements, before the energetic groove creates a blanket of warmth that will put a smile on your face. Colossal remix from Rafael & Antony. 

The second remix comes courtesy of another debutant Curt Reynolds, who brings a deeper melodic progressive edge to 'Words Not Spoken'. His rework creates a good feel vibe from the word go, as the atmospheric and driving vibe keeps you moving with warm tinkling sounds, a smooth edge and some nicely effected sounding pieces that keeps building to culminate into a lovely melodic progressive house groover. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. The sparseness is key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a stunning glow, creating an air of sophistication.

Soul Alt Delete manages to deliver a message of sustained musical relevance in emphatic fashion to warm the soul. 'Words Not Spoken' sees a worldwide release on March 18th, 2022 via all well-known digital content providers. Not to be missed!

Ask any producer the influence behind their track and, nine times out of ten, the answer will be, ‘the dancefloor’. So, although already hell bent on signing it based on the calibre of the music alone, imagine the surprise at Renaissance HQ when Grigoré said his latest EP, Deepest Thoughts, “Is a tribute to my childhood.” 

“It was really important that the 4 tracks remained together,” he continues, “it’s about the moments and feelings of growing-up, deepest thoughts in the dark of freezing nights, which I now look back on with nostalgia. I can’t express how delighted I was when Renaissance said they wanted to keep them all together as an entire EP.”

Echonomist's debut on Multinotes comes in the form of an intimate three tracker expressing the deepest side of Petros' music vision.

Following on from his Anjunadeep Explorations debut last summer, emerging German DJ/producer Ben Böhmer returns to the label for his first solo outing with a trio of melodic weapons on ‘Morning Falls EP’.
