To achieve his distinct style he always has three decks running, merging early 2000s productions with upcoming underground producers that have a faster, loppier and groovier approach to techno.

Astronomar returns with his 3rd solo effort for Main Course, the Truth Potion EP.

"Earth Tones 2" is a bumpin' blipped-out dark house jam that takes us back to the ominous vibe of the original Earth Tones, but this time with an erie & forbidding motive. It has been described as "falling backwards hopelessly into space-time". Let yourself drift.

Next, we land on planet "Goopymain". The surface is sticky, and its environment comprised of tightly arranged staccato rhythms. Are those aliens farting in the distance? We aren't sure either... just try not to piss them off.

Closing our journey is "Baby Cakes"; but don't let the name fool you, there is nothing sweet here. Huge kicks, stripped back arrangement and bellowing squelches make "Baby Cakes" the perfect 4AM warehouse/space cave slapper.

Take a deep breath, strap in, open your mind and let the Truth Potion EP invade your psyche.
