A monthly podcast that will explore the irresistibly captivating part of electronic music: the groove. The shows will be curated by Baltza (they/them) a Polish-born, Copenhagen based DJ who’s been obsessed with electronic music since they were able to load up a Walkman with Vengaboys’s cassette tape. The series will primarily encompass the diverse sound of house music, occasionally interlacing elements from garage, breaks, deep tech, dub techno, and hard groove. It’ll be a 60-minute journey committed to the grooviest productions from the past and the present.

Dgeral’s sound is a steamy blend of old-school house, techno, and Latin percussion—equal parts sex, sweat, and soul.

o•rbyss aims to help soothe the queer spectrum and focus on the well-being of the community. Queer DJs are invited to submit a mix to showcase an alternative side to their music library outside of a rave and take us on a meditative journey. ✨

Notes on the mix:
“The starting point of this sonic and travelling mix was to blend several records I’ve been collecting. The intro features an interlude by my friend, Swedish folk musician Sara Parkman, where the strings of her violin sound like whispers from the deep forests. Combined with my all-time favourites, Boards of Canada, The Köln Concert, and another true friend and inspiration, Nevadeelay, with her charismatic soundscapes, the mix unfolds through textures and subliminal messages that bounce between atmospheres, like a transition from forest to ocean. The wise voice of Toni Morrison, along with another sampled voice, guides this mixed and spiritual sound journey.”
