Acteur clé de l’association rennaise ÖND, il contribue en tant que DJ et programmateur à l’émission RadiÖND sur Egregore Radio.

Exciting to share the next one on the label with a 2-track EP born from just friendship and years of quiet evolution.

This one goes way back — to 2018, when Marco sent over a folder of live jams, recorded somewhere between Tucidite (Milan) and Chirignago (Venice). Years later, two of these tracks finally see the light, and it hits like a full-circle moment both for the label and the artists.

Both cuts recorded live straight from the machines, no polish, no presets — just analog grit, instinct, and a deep dive into samples pulled from nature and far corners of the world.

traverse is proud to announce the release of its first record - a compilation of six tracks from various artists, inspired by Pembroke King’s poem moving silhouettes, written for this occasion.

As the fourth volume of the compilation series “traversée”, moving silhouettes encourages artists to explore all corners of listening music and creative avenues that aren’t tied to any one convention. 

Pembroke King’s poem sheds light on the mood of the compilation, and even though each artist brings its own interpretation of it, there is a beautiful harmony of it all - from Kate Miller’s atmospheric sounds to Teqmun’s drums-made-of-rain-drop-recordings or Ghjuliú’s nostalgic melodies, the listener travels around Pembroke’s words with each track. 

As our first physical release, we feel honoured to collaborate with artists who have been involved in a way or another on traverse before such as Officium, Mika Oki and Alohn, but Kate Miller, Teqmun, and Ghjuliú, that we’ve been keeping close to our heart for a long time already.

After one year Odd Shy Guy returns with a new, deeply personal bass exploration, this time weaving through the realms of Trip-hop, Grime and Drill dub.

The release features seven original tracks and one reinterpretation crafted by closest friend Katatonic Silentio

Each track reflects a meditation on his thoughts and emotional states over the past year.

Hence the realization that it’s not joyful emotions that open new perspectives, but rather the ones you’ve always tried to resist. Moments when you experienced yourself as disappointed, egotistical, impatient, restricted, powerless, humiliated, demanding and lost.

Through sound, Odd Shy Guy delves into the uncomfortable truth that growth is rarely gentle. It is in the fractures of the soul that light enters, in moments of suffering that we are reshaped.
