Christopher Taylor has been playing records for 15 years. His first DJ night was at Danny's
in Chicago, he was part of the family at The Lash in LA and has spent the past several years
since moving home curating a DIY gallery and performance space he co-founded at Grey
Area Detroit. CT grew up in low income apartments without a phone so a CB and the radio
were his only contact with the world. As a child he would tune into club broadcasts and The
Wizard (Jeff Mills) on WJLB every Friday night from the late 80s to mid 90s thinking the
spotlights in the sky over downtown was where that music was being transmitted from.
