The first album of original music from Americana and dance music-obsessed English artists Flying Mojito Bros.

FMB has gained a growing US fanbase thanks to their unique style, dubbed Desert Disco and Outlaw House—a redefined Americana sound that moves from poolside vibes to the dancefloor. The album features a stellar lineup of artists including Scott Hirsch, Will Worden and Rob Chaney (plus more to be announced!) and has garnered support from influential figures like Diplo, Phish, Pretty Lights, BBC 6 Music, and KEXP.

Just Passing Through showcases FMB’s evolution, combining their signature re-edits and remixes with live band recordings. Scruscru recently launched a new label called Tunes Delivery and it's back with another banger here in the former of LTF's Fine Tuning album. It comes hot on the heels of some sublime Soviet jazz-funk sample madness on previous works and it's again, it's a proper masterclass in production. These are deep-cut funk sounds with cooling organ chords, hints of Money Mark vibes and psyched-out synths, wah-wah guitars and plenty of rawness to keep things authentic and timeless. The jazzy flutes of 'Bokeh' make it one of our favourites here but there isn't a single bad jam, truth be told.

Dobro's 11th outing is a wonderfully exotic collection of disco and adjacent grooves to keep some late summer sun burning whenever you hit play. Beard In Dust kicks off with 'Ambivalent Intelligence Dub' which is a nice laid-back and jazzy downtempo delight, Scruscru layers up some flower power melodies of swaying house grooves and Classonix delivers a pair of beauties that up the energy with some tropical disco. Lavrutz then heads to South America for some Latin steaminess on 'Moanin' (Ye Samba),' and collaborates on two further cuts that bring Afro influences.

RADIO ELECTRONICA was one of the first independent radio programmes to go on air in Jena in 1999. The background was to bring colour into the dreary Thuringian radio programme and to create a platform where regional and national artists from the electronic music scene could present themselves and exchange ideas. RADIO ELECTRONICA claims to be always on the trail of new influences, trends and artists in the field of electronic music.

The show quickly developed from the first pre-productions to a live broadcast, which can be heard every four weeks on Saturdays from 7pm to midnight on the open channel Jena on UKW 103.4 Mhz and via online stream (https://radio-okj.de/wp-content/themes/radiookj/okj-player.html).

With a steadily growing fan base, RADIO ELECTRONICA is still a firm institution in the field of electronic music in Jena and beyond the city limits. Besides the latest scene trends and record presentations, studio guests are a big part of the show.
