Jonas Rathsman announces his latest offering with cutting-edge innovators Crosstown Rebels. ‘Complex’ featuring Josef Salvat is released on 10th June 2016.

This is a tech-blues odyssey, an introverts primal scream, where complex emotions and urges are vented and perfectly complemented by Rathsman’s explorations into the dark corners of electronic music. Enjoy the journey. With the release only in the hands of a select few tastemaker DJs, ‘Complex’ has been making waves at the recent Miami Winter Music Conference, “receiving hands in the air welcomes and even a sit down ovation” according to label boss Damian Lazarus. ‘Complex’ is set to be the first underground anthem of 2016.

The release comes with two carefully chosen remixes. First up is Swiss techno stalwart Deetron, who steers the song into percussive acid oblivion while Serge Devant offers up his deep house expertise for a dramatic and driving offbeat cut.

With his instantly recognisable sound, Jonas has found praise the world over for his keen ear and transcendent sets, which have captivated listeners on both the international club and festival scenes.

Following his BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, Rathsman continues to showcase his technical capabilities and impressive track selection with his bi-monthly mix series ‘ELEMENTS’, now on its fourth instalment.

Just when you think that Jannowitz Records is definitely ready for a specific genre drawer to be put it, we will surprise you. The label's idea has always been to bend boundaries between house, techno and everything in between. So it's only natural to see melodic house heroes Mia Mendi & Rafael Cerato on this newest 1710 EP. The British Mia Mendi boys recently contributed an outstanding podcast for the well known Jannopod series just a few months ago. You know them from their releases on imprints such as Stil vor Talent, Suah or Lauter Unfug. With 1710 their first real JAW release is a tribute to the state of the art melodic music that has been ruling the Beatport charts throughout 2018 and is the perfect fit for Jannowitz records who has been setting standards in Germany's club culture more and more over the last few months and years.The second track on the release is a collaboration with French tech house king Rafael Cerato who is a producer through and through. His works have been featured on Suara, Diynamic and Get Physical - just to name the top of the iceberg. The British-French combo teamed up and worked with what they know best. Mia Mendi's dreamy melodies swirling over Rafael's bumpy tech house beat to create a track that will work at peak time as well as at the after hour.

Opposite Ways, formed by Gabriele Bianchi and Gabriele Pavanati, is an  Italian duo based in Milan. To widen their knowledges in the field of the electronic music, they attend the Nut Academy in Naples back in 2017, where they find their sonorous imprint in the melodic house.

A year later, in 2018, they released an EP on Three Hand Records (THC label), shorltly followed by a new release on Konfluenz Audio (Hamburg). Mid-2018 they released a second EP on Three Hands. “Nothing Is Lost” includes a powerful remix by Modal. 

Unstoppable as they are, "Arrival" follows in August on Awen Records (Spain), later their first collaboration EP with the mexican duo Mihølnir, release on Us & Them Records. With the latter they’ve received massive support from great artist like Blancah, Amare, Paul Anthonee.
