From 2001 to 2019, BTRAX, organized by Ben Men and Rob Malone, was hosted at legendary REX Club where we organized parties with major French and international artists with guest such as Extrawelt, Dominik Eulberg, Gregor Tresher, Steve Rachmad, Etapp Kyle, Len Faki, Marc Romboy, Fairmont, Reinhard Voigt, Guy Gerber, Slam, Marc Houle, Hobo, Dusty Kid, Pig & Dan, Blake Baxter, X Pansul, The Youngsters, Scan 7, Chris Liebing, Pascal Feos....

Founded in Paris 2003, the label BTRAX records is Ben Men, Rob Malone & Tarlouf X association. With a strong background rich of experiences as djs, party organisers and record dealer, sharp and integral in their musical choices, these activists of the french electronic music scene produce reputed international artists such as the legendary Scan 7 of Detroit, Dj Mau Mau, Mr C, Vince Watson, Scan X, Electric Rescue, Kaine, Julian Jewel…

A true veteran of the underground music and party scene in his native Marseille, Lionel Corsini, aka DJ Oil released his well-received solo debut as recently as 2012 but is probably better known as one part of The Troublemakers, who had the distinction of being signed to both the legendary ‘90s house label Guidance and the most famous of all jazz labels, Bluenote Records.

François V is a French electronic music producer and DJ. His music is inspired by old school sounds from Detroit, among several inspirations, and mixed with more current moods. Most of the time, he is looking for a music with melodic aspects, digging a kind of musicality, sometimes with a flavor of jazz somewhere. A sound made for the body, the mind and the soul.

More recently, François contributed to a new label, @cod3qr, by signing tracks for 2 EPs. This mysterious label using QRs to identify artists names on release date: QR code is being used first instead and redirects to label website, no reference to real artist name which is revealed only 2 months after release. Doing so, focus remains on music rather than the artist who produced it. Label founders were also kept anonymous until cod3qr10, where they were finally revealed as Scan X and Laurent Garnier.

In a few words…
I am an Italian dj/producer. My real name is Andrea Antognoloni. My style combines disco’s shiny aesthetic with significant amount of groove house added on top of it, thus giving this relaxing but propulsive club tracks feel which you will be able to find in most of my productions.

• Short Bio:
Philippe Petit is originally from Brussels, Belgium, where he started DJing in the early nineties. After spending 15 years in London, he moved to Chamonix, France, in 2010 where he launched two vinyl labels: Knotweed Records (2011) and Decision Making Theory (2013). He has a string of techno releases on his own labels, as well as on Rekids SPX, Involve, Figure SPC, EartoGround, Super Sound Tool, Molecular etc.
He has played at Tresor, Suicide Circus, La Graviere, Batofar, Weetamix, Corsica Studios, and Berghain to name a few.
