About the album:

"Lost and Found" is a moving and finely detailed album by PNFA, the musical project of German artist Wolfram Gruss. Known for his reflective and atmospheric style, Gruss delivers a collection that blends downtempo, chillout, and trip hop with cinematic and electro-acoustic elements, resulting in a rich, immersive sound.

Most of the tracks are instrumental, unfolding slowly through layered textures, ambient tones, and subtle rhythmic patterns. Deep Saw Diving is a musical journey through beefy pads and melodic soundscapes, always somewhere in the middle of ambient, techno, dub and house. Often with a melancholic feeling that probably most of us recognize in this pandemic plagued 2020. The ambition was to create a musical blanket, something to keep the listener warm and hopefully provide some sort of comfort.

Martin's latest release was back in 2010 and his debut dates to 2001. Martin, started his electronic music production in what was known as clicks and cuts, he then moved towards the dancefloors with dub techno and tech house production. Which was highlighted when his track 'Moonstruck' got remixed by Icelandic giants Gus Gus and became an underground club hit in 2005. However, his return almost 15 years later with 'Deep Saw Diving' seems more suited for the ride home from the club than anything else.

TREVE series 07 - Monosphere (Deep Electronics)

In Focus this time with us is composer Martin Nonstatic, who's also celebrating the 20th anniversary of Ultimae Records with his latest Treeline album release on the label. We'll be talking about some inspirations, creations, followed by some of his synthorganic soundscapes.

Home is the world of creating, performing and experimenting with sounds.
Martin Nonstatic was born in the Netherlands 1976 and moved to Germany close to Cologne at the age of 12. After a couple of years just listening to electronic music and playing his first keyboard, he got really addicted to his first synthesizer at the age of 18. Changing and manipulating sounds brought him to a point of no return. Always influenced by his environment, musicians and friends, and a great sense of curiosity his tastes naturally spiralled in on the limitless space of ambient, electronica and different styles of techno music.
He focused his work on live performances for quite a long time by using hardware synths, drum computers, mixers and effect units, playing the dance and chill out floors while keeping his neighbours in mind. In 2009, he decided to dedicate himself more to studio work after years of performing and producing tracks for himself and friends. His music has since received international support form different imprints such as Bine Music, Silent Season, Dewtone, Ultimae and Sub.spiele.
He moved to Austria end of 2014. Surrounded by beautiful and peaceful Landscapes Martin found deepness in new inspirations for upcoming projects.
