This Dubmission episode celebrates the release of 'Stratosphere', YOUTH's new album with Gaudi just released on Liquid Sound Design. Youth has created this special mix for radiozora. Born Martin Glover, Youth is a multi award-winning, legendary music producer, songwriter, remixer and bass player of the seminal post-punk band Killing Joke. With a staggering 20 million records sold worldwide, he has written, produced and remixed for a vast number of artists, including working with Alex Paterson and Jimmy Cauty on the early Orb albums, ‘U.F.Orb’ and ‘Adventures Beyond The Ultraworld’. In 1991, he formed Dragonfly Records, and in 1998 set up Liquid Sound Design as a sister label, specializing in chilled out soundscapes, sonic beats and mellow grooves.

This time In Focus is BENJI VAUGHAN aka Prometheus, and one half of Younger Brother (with Simon Posford) and The Zap (with Raja Ram). He is a psychedelic trance musician whose music is characterized by distinct basslines and thematic development, all wrapped and delivered in a rare alternative approach. With long-awaited releases lined up, Benji is about to add some weight to our musical shelf, with Prometheus 3-track new EP "Orion" released on Stereo Society, and a Benji Vaughan 2nd solo album, the 11-track "Eidolon" out on Twisted. We will be talking with him about this comeback, and more, right before his special set including recent Benji Vaughan material and Younger Brother tracks.
