Here's the recording of the set I played Saturday evening at Echo Gatherings: Valley of Dreams 2022 at 10pm after Dane Mitchell (@system_theory) and before @lewis-music-sa. A psychedelic techno journey from a chiller tempo to full power bangers. Felt great to be able to share these sounds on a massive rig again!

On the way to Kolorádó, welcome ERRO and this special DJ set from him, giving us a glimpse of what can we expect from him at this year's festival. Closing one of the stages on Sunday morning, Erro is one of the best selectors and producers if it comes to deep, stripped down psychedelic minimal techno music.

Art Valley 2023 - Konedawg's Saturday Morning Sesh

Art Valley has, in no time at all, shot straight to the top of my list of favourite festivals. The space, lineup, community, decor and sheer stoke are all exemplary. While there are definite movers and shakers that make a chunk of the magic happen, it really feels like every single person in the space came together to cultivate the flow and love and that made it so special.

I've been high on life ever since Art Valley, and it seems everyone I speak to about this party agrees. It's an honour and a privilege to be a part of this community and to be invited to play.

Thank you so much to everyone that came out to my set on Saturday morning. I'm so excited for the high vibes everyone brought, especially after everyone also stayed up late to catch Maxi close the stage on Friday evening/Saturday morning. 

Big love to The Professor and Doppel; stoked to be nestled in between you both on Saturday's flow.

Art Valley 2023 - Konedawg's Saturday Morning Sesh (Tech House)

Digital Diamonds presents STEVE SLUG. Steve Slug, a passionate techno DJ, discovered techno and house music in East Germany during the late 90s and 2000s and instantly fell in love with it. He started DJing and played at clubs and underground parties, relying on vinyl records back in the day. As life progressed with the responsibilities of starting a family, Steve had to temporarily set aside his DJ career. However, his passion for music never faded. In the midst of a midlife crisis :-), he decided to reignite his love for DJing and purchased a DJ controller, allowing him to mix tracks digitally. While he appreciates the numerous advantages of digital DJing, he still misses the feeling and handling of vinyl. Nevertheless, he has embraced the digital world and is now open to exploring all genres of electronic music. This exclusive Techno set is created especifically for Digital Diamonds. In this mix, we will dive into the world of atmospheric and melodic Techno. We combine timeless sounds with modern tracks. For those who experienced Techno in the 2000s, this set will undoubtedly feature some familiar sounds. Of course, no techno set would be complete without the label's signature "sugar tracks." Enjoy it!
