Among many crazy and funny things I said (and did) this summer, one sentence glued to my mind: 

LIFE IS A WONDERFUL THING TO WASTE! 

I meant this in a sense of "how much of ourselves are we willingly suffocating to maintain the image THEY have imposed on us so that we can develop, progress and move freely?" Life's too short to maintain that image. Live your life the way you want. Your life is only yours, and if it makes you happy to "waste it", well it's yours to waste!

After five or six years I played (almost only) a deep techno set at The Swamp, Mo:Dem Festival. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

In my process of overthinking I labeled my style of (writing and) DJ-ing as BRICOLAGE /ˌbrɪkəˈlɑːʒ/. In the arts, bricolage (French for DIY or do-it-yourself) is "the construction or creation of a work from a diverse range of things that happen to be available, or a work constructed using mixed media." This definition fully and realistically corresponds to what I'm creating, whether it is a text or a DJ set. This definition also fits my punk philosophy and aesthetics.

Schysto - Alchemy Circle 44 - Boom Festival 2022

After her debut at the end of last year in the radio series, please welcome FLUIDUM's excellent warmup session recorded live at TOTIM Origins on 25.02.2023. at Art Quarter Budapest. FLUIDUM explores the entropy of symbiotic experimental soundscapes, she invites the listener to take a sip of sound-alchemy mixed: "fluid’ mousikē elixir". Merging the potential of instruments and everyday objects as percussive noise production, Flóra performs at Willany Leó improvisational dance theatre, collaborating with musicians and contemporary dancers. Connecting to underground music and art culture, she engaged with organisers and creative companies such as Dragon Nest stage of OZORA, WOMEX in Budapest, Spatial Sound Institute with 4DSOUND technology and art quarter budapest.

Atmosherica Exotica features BLEZ, a vinyl-only DJ based in Budapest with passion for hypnotic and atmospheric electronic music. He has started to collect techno and acid sounds during the 90’s, and focused on techno movements to better understand the new directions of 4/4 oriented electronic music. In 2008, together with Toma, they launched the radio show called ElectroCat (ELECTROnic CATegories) on Radio Tilos Budapest, concentrating on various styles and sub-genres of techno & house, far from mainstream influence. Blez enjoys playing well-designed futuristic soundscapes and is always looking for the hypnotic or even psychedelic side of techno. Nowadays he also plays atmospheric dub- or minimal house and carefully selected psy-techno. He recorded this DJ mix at home from favorite ambient/deep techno records with the concept to create a deep, sometimes meditative atmosphere and guide you towards a ritual dance in a hypnotic state.
