This live mix by GROOVEBOX was recorded at Green Magic Festival held in Japan this May. GROOVEBOX is DJ TULIO's project. He has worked extensively with his own label, as well as making track contributions to many releases. Having a long and rich DJ career, great track making skills, and with his natural music sense, GROOVEBOX is gaining a solid reputation as a top artist.

MoDem Festival‬ in Croatia is widely considered one of the best, and most important, festivals on the psytrance calendar. It’s influence on the festival scene cannot be understated. When I started making this music, I promised myself that, before I was 30, I wanted to play on the Hive stage. Well, 5 days before my 30th birthday, I had the honour of doing just that. It did not disappoint, and it was the best dancefloor I have ever had the privilege of experiencing.

I decided early on that this was where I was going to debut my new album (forthcoming soon on Bom Shanka Music) and record the entire set. So, here it is – the full video of my set on Thursday 8th August 13:30-15:00 on the Hive.

Thank you to everyone that danced, everyone that filmed and everyone that gave me emotional support in the stress of finishing the tracks before the gig! A huge thank you to Valentino Vert3x,  Tomislav, Mike, Val, Bom Shanka Music, Wildthings Records crew and everyone that made my week the best ever!

This INGRAINED INSTINCTS Live Set showcases their new album 'More than Meets the Eye' that was recently released on Sangoma Records mixed with some of their other tunes.
