Im Jahr 2013 begann Matthias auch mit dem Auflegen von PsyTrance, erst als Selbstversuch, dann als matt:er weitergemacht, da es Spaß macht und dies die Gelegenheit ist, seine eigenen Tracks zu spielen. Seinen Sound bezeichnet er als düster, treibend, mit wenig Melodien und gerne etwas kantig. Eher eine psychedelische Geisterbahn als ein Sonntagsspaziergang.

Sein Ziel: Auf dem größtmöglichen Soundsystem seine Musik laut zu hören. Ansonsten einfach zu schauen, wohin die Reise geht..

Hello, my name is DST. I've been playing and producing different kinds of intelligent electronic dance music since 2001 on a really wide spectrum: dubstep and it's friends (2step,garage,grime,breakstep,dub-techno), glitchy genres (glitch-hop, glitch-breaks,experimental glitch IDM stuffs) and dubwise genres (dub, roots, dancehall).
I've been dj-ing on several events since 2001. I set-up with my friends the hungarian dubstep event-serie Dub Phase and I had central role in the hungarian dubstep community in the golden age of the genre.
DST as radio-dj:
I've been hosting more radio-shows but the longest and recent of them is the Dawn Tempo. Usually I play deep dubstep in my radio show entitled Dawn Tempo on radio Tilos I run since 2004 on Radio Tilos, Budapest on FM 90.3 or www.tilos.hu.
DST releases:
I have several releases vinyl, most of them are digital releases, but I also have a 4 tracker vinyl release, that released in 2007, that is the first hungarian dubstep vinyl release.
I was asked by Dj Bodoo so I collected a bunch of dub-techno with some dub tunes and included an unreleased tune from me you may have never heard anywhere! Worldwide premiere! What to expect in the mix: deep and dubby sound, a lot of space, meditative music, perfect background music for star-gazing out of the window or reading your favourite book.
