Aurélien est un sound designer, musicien et compositeur français. Amateur de Jazz et de musique orchestrale, il apprécie également la musique électronique.
C’est en 2015 qu’il décida de créer son projet Hypnotic Peafowl. Un projet psygréssive hautement musicale aux influences jazzy, funky et bass music.
En seulement trois ans, il a su se créer une véritable identité musicale, avec un sound design novateur, des basses envoutantes le tout accompagnés de véritables instruments ; c’est avec une grande dextérité qu'il travaille ses productions.
Véritable passionné, ce maître Paon ne se contente pas seulement de produire avec Hypnotic Peafowl. Amoureux de la culture musicale alternative il a deux autres facettes à son actif: Sallatiga qui est un projet dédié à la Bass Music.

Aurélien is a French sound designer, musician and composer. Jazz and orchestral music lover, he also enjoys electronic music. It was in 2015 that he decided to create his Hypnotic Peafowl project.
A highly musical psygréssive project with jazzy, funky and bass music influences. In just three years, he was able to create a true musical identity, with an innovative sound design, captivating bass all accompanied by real instruments; it is with great dexterity that he works his productions.
Lover of alternative music culture, he has two other facets to his credit: Sallatiga which is a project dedicated to Bass Music.

Tune in for the newest Merkaba Records mix by KEY-G.

Key-G project was born in 2015. A precocious musician who learned to play the piano at the age of 9 and also have played drums during his childhood.After a couple of EPs and tracks  in compilations , first Key-Gs album was released on Desert Trax , label managed by downtempo stars Desert Dwellers.  The album had a great reception since it’s released and open the doors to Key-G plays in many festivals around the globe. A second full length work “Curled up Dimensions” was released in 2018, which some months later had a remix version by some talented friends like Globular, Halfred, Lo.Renzo and Gumi. Key-G keep building his carrear through producing new tunes, remixing tracks in some compilations and his  last release  “Satya Yuga ” came out last December under the leading label Merkaba Music.

World Wide Web, 28 de Março de 2020. Das 10h00 à 01h30 da manhã... 
14 horas de talentos, de amigos, de amor, de vida... de esperança! Porque uma vem com a outra – e vice-versa...
Porque acreditamos no poder do pensamento positivo, na força que faz a união e que juntos venceremos todas as pandemias, decidimos juntar-nos, uns quantos, para animar a nossa vida e a de outros tantos. 
Sábado, 28 de março, exactamente 10 dias após ser decretado o estado de emergência em Portugal, 45 anos após o último estado de sítio no país, na grande revolução de Abril, decidimos juntar estas nossas armas e lutar com todas as munições armazenadas na nossa alma, no nosso coração. 
O estado precisou “estabelecer medidas excecionais e temporárias de resposta à epidemia”. Nós seguimos a mesma linha. Temporariarmente (este dia, estas 14 horas), com a chancela do grupo 100 Maneiras, organizamos uma festa multidisciplinar, que junta cozinha, cocktails e vinhos, mas também yoga, maquilhagem, massagem, performance, comédia, teatro de improviso, sound journeys, concertos, DJ set... 
Não serão rosas, senhores, serão artes. Diversas, multifacetadas, para aprender a desenhar, a praticar yoga, a dar massagens ou a cozinhar. Fazer um cocktail, uma viagem pelo vinho ou pelo som de uma harpa, ouvir hip-hop home-made (assinado por um membro da equipa), dançar pela noite dentro com alguns dos melhores DJ nacionais ou partir a quarentena toda ao som de rock n'roll... 
“A situação excecional que se vive e a proliferação de casos registados de contágio de COVID-19 exige a aplicação de medidas extraordinárias”, por isso, reunimos amigos extraordinários e pusemo-los a explorar os seus talentos a partir de casa. Desde as 10h e até à 01h30 da manhã, vamos estar numa quarentena interactiva a partir das redes sociais (Instagram e, em alguns casos, Facebook), para ajudar a matar o bicho.
Porque um Homem só não é um Homem sozinho, queremos fazer companhia a quem se vier por bem (e a uma bela distância de segurança!)

Psychedelic Jelly is proud to present the first in a series of nodes to keep you entertained during lockdown! A node is a spatial object which is used to represent the connectivity between two different waterway links, just as a mix is a way of connecting different songs.

First up is the incredibly talented Ekorce, one of the most promising up and coming talents in the psybass scene! Earlier this year he released his first LP on Merkaba Music and most recently put a song on our last compilation! I fell in love with music in the early 1980s, listening to the radio and playing the piano at a friend’s house. In the age of 12, my father opened a door to new horizons: Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Kraftwerk, etc. were brought to my attention. These artists thoroughly inspired my creation of music. Soon after, I began to play the drums in several rock bands, discovering the world of music and giving my first concerts, but I knew – or rather: I felt – that this was only the beginning of the journey. In 1996, I discovered the goatrance scene, and I was completely amazed and in awe of the synthetic sounds and unusual melodies used in that music. After enjoying this new scene as a party-goer for 4 years, I bought my first computer and began composing electronic music around the 2000s. Completely in love with the psychill movement, which inspired me enormously, I began to produce music in my style. Discovering new music now and then, this is what also influences the constant evolution of my own sound. After a few releases on various CHILL compilations and after playing on the first few chillout stages at psytrance festivals (both live Act and DJ Set), I finally released my first album in 2012 “Time Equals Eternity”. 2016 the 2nd Album was released on my favorite record label “Hadra Records”. Currently, I’m strongly focusing my energies on a new band project which I initiated in 2015 – together with a groovy guitar player and a violin player with a classical music background I create something you could call psychedelic bluesworldfolkmusic. The band’s name is “Krautcontrol”. But I’m also working on my third psychedelic chillout album which I will release in 2021. And there’s more to come, folks!

Hadra Altervision Records is the new hybrid label of the Hadra association. Founded in 2017, the label aims to promote alternative aesthetics to psytrance music and shines through the diversity of its musical energies: Chill-Out, Downtempo, Ethno-world, Psybass, Psydub, Techno, Dub and Drum’n’Bass.

Cord is Attila Gál from Hungary. He started to investigate the world of sounds in primary school, he played the clarinet for several years, then he started to produce music on his first computer.
Some years later, after releasing his first breakbeat tracks on Hungary’s legendary Chi Recordings in the 2000s, he started to experiment on more psychedelic and experimental genres which was the start of immersing in slower psy (bass) music. The results were acclaimed through a release on Addictech Records, this also let him to express himself on several outdoor festivals, and also launching a regular event spreading slower psychedelic genres in his hometown.
During the last years, he started to refine his music creation toolset and process, Maktub EP was born under the courtesy of Merkaba Music in 2020.
His music always tries to tell a story, with a longer, progressing arrangement, spiced up with mind tickling sounds. Bouncing and driving, a great fusion of different influences with strong melodic elements, twisted arps and synth lines.
These are also present when he is on stage: his performance is somewhere between a DJ set and a live act. He uses the tracks very creatively, always resulting in a never-heard-of puzzle.
