Edward Aznauryan was born into a family of musicians and his grandfather was a conductor of the state orchestra of Adjara. He has been listening to electronic music since his youth. In 2008, he began performing as a DJ and producing psychedelic trance music. His project is a deep sound with "talking" synth sounds and psychedelic grooves. This music tickles your brain.

It’s a word that is not translated into different languages, it is international, like the artists here from all over the world. Umami is the unique flavour that encompasses them all, sweet, sour, bitter, salty that encompasses perfection... which is what one feels when listening to music with a quality research, a mix of emotions that are created, leading the listener to moments of ecstasy.  

In each track, work has been done to create an unexpected, surprising, goosebump moment. It's sounds, words, metrics, bass changes, everything needed to bring out the Umami in psytrance.   

A journey from 144 to 153 bpm starting with deep dark prog rhythms and climbing towards more underground and dynamic sounds, ending with deeper sounds, psychedelia and forest.  13 courses for a sophisticated, quality menu.

Terraπ (pronounced TerraPi) is the alias of Maurice, who first appeared behind the turn tables in 2010. His name originates from his love to nature (terra lat. = earth) and the letter π (:pi), which stands for eternity. The combination of these words sounds like therapy. A meaningful name, as he says, since music is some kind of therapy for him. Terraπ describes his sound as creaky with screwing acid and dynamic basslines, which will pitchfork you onto the next level. Playing with spheres and vibes - at the same time building up and maintaining almost geometrical structures just like the classic orchestra music by J. S. Bach - he brings elves, gnomes and goblins to life.  ;-) 
 
After five years of learning the mixing process and performing in rather private surroundings, he decided to share his passion with others. To accomplish that goal he became a member of the chaishop.com-family in 2015. In August 2018 Terraπ became an official dj for the legendary label Spontaneous Aerobics from Munich, Germany. Only one month earlier in July 2018 he started to work as a producer for the newly founded label Root Sector Records.
