After years of producing music with our close group of friends, developing a style that was not fitting in the current trends of the scene, finding a record label was a hard job for us, so we came to the idea to open our own and bring that sound to the world.
Forestdelic records was born from the idea in Ljubljana Slovenia year 2013. April 13th we released the very first Various artists compilation named "The Wicked Gail's Trail". Definitely, a piece that marked the Forestdelic sound into the psytrance culture. Going from month to month, 10 years passed and we are still continuing our work, currently, 15 artists and 9 Djs, 82 releases, from EPs, and albums to VAs, and nineteen of them were printed on a Cd.
From party to party and festival to festival, your positive feedback is telling us that Forestdelic Records has become a big part of the global Psytrance scene, spreading good vibes and funky psychedelic grooves.

We have been working on this project from past years, this VA is dedicated to our forest community and who all are still searching for light in this Vivid World.

It's with utter joy that we present this groundbreaking, genre-bending debut album from the Humanoids project.  A sonic experiment brought to life by psytrance veterans Illumination and Sandman, two legendary vibe architects who've been shaping the psychedelic trance scene since the '90s.

In an era increasingly dominated by AI-generated media, 'Becoming Human' stands as a bold statement in the opposite direction for a more hands-on approach to life. Every sound on the album has been lovingly sculpted with masterful knob-twiddling, slider-finessing and deep sonic intuition. Born in Brazil and currently based in Vienna, Austria, Felipe Zulli aka Kontrol Z is an innovative producer who has been experimenting with sounds for over 10 years. His music is influenced by older and classic references of the psytrance scene and strongly carries Purple Hexagon’s pumping style. First member of Brazilian Neuromind Records, and now also collaborating with GloOm Music & Purple Hexagon Records, Kontrol Z has played at festivals and parties across the world, among which Mundo de OZ and Universo Paralello (Brazil), Masters of Puppets (Hungary) and Fantasy Forest (Slovakia).
In this show Kontrol Z is now presenting on his new Ep, a fine collection of 3 tracks that feature twisted grooves, a fusion of digital and organic soundscapes and a journey towards science fiction. Al this carried by serious and consistent basslines mixed with a tongue in cheek edge attitude, that is his trademark.

Long ago all the elements were mixed together with one germ of life. This germ began to mix things around and around until the heavier part sank and the lighter part rose. A muddy sea that covered the entire earth was created. From this ocean grew a green shoot. It grew and grew until it reached the clouds and there it was transformed into a god. Soon this god grew lonely and it began to create other gods. The last two gods it made, Izanagi and Izanami, were the most remarkable. One day they looked down on the ocean and wondered what was beneath it. Izanagi thrust his stick into the waters and as he pulled it back up some clumps of mud fell back into the sea. They began to harden and grow until they became the islands of Japan.

Kami or shin is defined in English as "god", "spirit", "spiritual essence" and refers to the divinity, or sacred essence, that manifests in multiple forms. Rocks, trees, rivers, animals, places, and even people can be said to possess the nature of kami. Kami and people exist within the same world and share its interrelated complexity. Kami refers particularly to the power of phenomena that inspire a sense of wonder and awe in the beholder (the sacred), testifying to the divinity of such a phenomenon. 
There are natural places considered to have an unusually sacred spirit about them, and are objects of worship. They are frequently mountains, trees, unusual rocks, rivers, waterfalls, and other natural things. In most cases they are on or near a shrine grounds. It is a sacred space, creating a separation from the "ordinary" world.


This mix was recorded in November 2016 at Jaai club in Osaka during a Sangoma party organized by my friend Eiichi (Dj BuzZ). It resembles the raw and crazy dancefloor energy in the rather small but packed club of a memorable night. My love and gratitude to the vibrant Japanese scene which for sure know how to party and spread good vibes and are an enrichment for every festival! Arigato  

The setlist contains tunes by artists such as Gaspard, Purist , Module Virus, Virtual light, Illegal Machines, Diksha, Elf De La Nooi, Once Upon A Time, Samadhi, Kala, Synthetik Chaos among others.
