Like a modern Shiva, his various arms are always engaged in creating some aspect of the psychedelic culture, shifting effortlessly between event organiser, record label owner, festival management, dad and D.J. Most well recognised as his Dj persona SwiTcHcaChe, he has spent the last ten years rising from the underground and blazing an unstoppable path straight through the stratosphere.... Wearing a wild grin, he seizes the strange controls of the alien machine. In a blur of nimble fingers he tweaks at the illuminated dials, sending the audio ship tearing through the continuem like a sonic surfboard. Cruising through dimensions, switching between worlds, he dives deep into the universal databank unlocking the hidden cache, unleashing ferocious energy straight from the psychedelic core.

Cosmic Brahma is the alter ego project of Abhishek Chakraborty from the gateway city of Assam, Guwahati. He currently lives in the capital city of India, New Delhi. His sounds are chosen especially to paraphrase the many mind-altering stories and experiences of real-life people. In his journey, of 20 years and counting as a DJ and Producer, he saw himself evolve from DJ Abbhy back in 2002 into Cosmic Brahma in 2009. Presently, he has two more projects — Alankaar (Progressive Trance) and Digital Decibel (Techno). Cosmic Brahmaís focus lies in Twilight Psytrance with its forest bassline and crunchy leads and synths, and samples of live recorded sounds for the FX.He also is a part of a joint duo project with Chakraview called Tolatol.
He is presently the owner of Brahmasutra records and manages it with his Label partner Shaveer Ahmed aka Chakraview. Brahmasutra records started in end of 2017 and gave its first release on March 2018

The Brahmasutra is one of three most important texts in Vedanta along with the Principal Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita. It is also known as the Vedanta Sutra, deriving this name from Vedanta which literally means the “final aim of the Vedas”. Other names for Brahma Sutra is Sariraka Sutra, wherein Sariraka means “that which lives in the body (Sarira), or the Self, Soul”, and Bhikshu-sutra, which literally means “Sutras for monks or mendicants”.
The main aim of Brahmasutra Records is to derive the most important and upcoming talents in respect to Psytrance and Chill out music. The record label will emphasize more on innovative sounds rather than patronizing something which already exists thereby infusing a new trend of melodies and crunchy basslines. The motive of this record label is not to earn money but to help, support, promote the love and passion of talented producers and artists and giving them the opportunity to gain more experience at the same time.
