Based in Budapest but having traveled across Europe for his musical education while dj-ing for more than a decade and lately producing his own tunes which soon be released. He has long been a crowd favorite at the Ozora festival which made him ready for any main stage on the planet.

Gorgo has a keen ability to understand the crowd at hand and has the range to come up with the most unexpected musical journeys. No doubt this guy will be one of the acts to look for once the album is released. In the mean time he continues to amaze crowds with his finely tuned sets.

Given the nature of my gigs and timeslots over the last few months, I've been buying and playing a lot of "club music" which has been reflected in the sets I've been releasing. I love playing dance floor tunes, but I'm still collecting music I love that's fit for at-home listening, opening slots, and afterhours...most of which has been sitting untouched in my music collection these last few months.

So it's been nice taking the time to do this studio mix that dusts off the tunes that haven't been getting any love. The glitchy, ambient, lofi-housey, and minimal stripped grooves. Some things that are slightly different than what I've been playing, slightly different than what you've been hearing. Hope you dig.

Wegha started DJing in 1994 and his first encounter with goa trance was in 1996. Since 1998 he has been a constant and significant member of the Hungarian psychedelic scene and has played a major part in shaping it. As a DJ he quickly formed his individual style while his sense and passion for community building also developed. He organized one of the most successful underground club event series of the millennium in Budapest, the DeepSmile Café. In the mid ­2000s he debuted and performed live, creating with the legendary Turbopauza formation with great success and he also opened and ran one of the undisputably benchmark clubs of the psy scene, theSocial Club. Openness and sensitivity towards new sounds characterize his career so he has tried himself at a number of subgenres while always staying true to his psychedelic roots. Thanks to this for the past five years he has been the heart and soul of O.Z.O.R.A. Festival and the ‘One Day in’ series, and has been invited to numerous significant international and home events. He has also been running two underground party series ‘VégrePéntek!’ and ‘Chakacsütörtök’ for decades in Hungary.

GeneTrick is Micky Grinberg from Israel. After Micky’s experience with wide range of music genres like rock, jazz, and blues, while performing as a guitar player in a local band in Israel, he decided he needs to deliver his own perception of music. His attraction to psychedelic trance started in 2007 when he was charmed by the power and energy of this spiritual music. after few years of absorbing different electronic music genres, GeneTrick came to life in a form of Progressive Psychedelic Trance.
Upon Listening to GeneTrick’s psychedelic visions of sound, you will find that his inspirations gave him unique ideas & hooks for his music. With his massive and pumping psy-gressive sets GeneTrick contributed to the success of a number of events around the world.

This new episode of 24/7 Records series will be presented by Belgian label dj APO.

Apo is Yves from Belgium. He took a first breath at the world on 11/9/1982. Already at very young age he was extremely interested in music. When he was 11, he often listened to all kinds of music. One of his friends had a mini disco at his place and there it all started. He went with some friends to an underground party, called a goa party. His eyes opened and a new world gave entrance. He likes the people and the music very much!! It’s all peace and rock ‘n roll!! He loves it!
Apo listened to all varieties of Psytrance. After a while he realised he wanted to do something with the music and get more out of it. He bought some turntables and plenty of vinyls. A little later he bought a groovebox mc 303 and a keyboard to examine and understand the electronic music. Later on he acquired some cd-players because there was more goa available on cd than on vinyl. Now he’s playing mainly Psychedelic Trance music for 24/7 and GreenTree Recs.

Babagoon is the project of Gustavo Jeker from Brazil. He is also known for his project “ Space Vision” and released his debut album on the Japan based label Grasshopper in 2012. The Babagoon project reflects his more edgier side of psychedelia – a powerful twisted combination of atmospheric foresty sounds, tribal percussions and deep mighty mesmerizing basslines. His sounds are mostly created through the use of synthesizers, adding a significant psychedelic atmosphere to his music and evoking a feeling of continuous space images and floating sensations to the listener. He joined Sangoma Records in 2014 where he released his debut album “Quantum mind” in 2015.

Natural_selection podcast is a project thought out by DJ Roocha [LAB], curated by the radiOzora crew and dedicated to all of you fellow souls out there. The inspiration we receive at the valley from this global community has become an everyday subject in our Budapest home base and has affected us to the core both musically and mentally.
