Ludwig Göransson is a young composer who has already carved an amazing path for himself in the film and television industry as one of the greatest composers alive today and he is just getting started. Scoring huge titles as Tenet, Black Panther, Creed, Creed II, Venom, and now his themes and scores for Star Wars: The Mandalorian, Ludwig is sure to be one of the hottest composers sought after in Hollywood. I won't lie. the scene that this piece comes from already made me emotional. We've only waited for almost forty years to see some of the event in this particular episode. But when the music came in to support the already emotional ending, it brought me to tears! Actual tears... I couldn't help it. 
     
"Open the Door" is the gorgeous soundtrack to the final scene in the Iconic season 2 finale of The Mandalorian Chapter 16. This piece of music is some of the best work I have heard in a long time! 

This video is completely arranged by me, by ear, and from my sample library collection. I studied this peace and will continue to study his work to understand why this composition works so well to support the emotional scenes.
