This song is about the current political climate. It makes reference to 4chan, Anonymous, Monsanto, the NSA whistleblowers, the Bodhi bombings and monk protesters, and the call to judgement of our unconstitutional government.

Do not mistake this as being unpatriotic. I love our country, I love the men and women who fight for our freedom, I disagree with the way our rights are slowly disappearing and the illegal extortion of the working man's pay while making fortunes off of the ruin of them all while pulling the wool over eyes saying if you don't have anything to hide then there is no problem. I'm not hiding guns under my clothes, still I prefer not to go naked. :D The freedom can also be walking through the streets without being searched or followed. 

I embrace all political walks and think we all should. I also think we need to educate ourselves and become more involved in what is happening instead of expecting the country to run itself while we fling random accusations and criticisms around without action.

Monsanto is a huge corporation with many of the elite invested and deregulation allowing them to use products that are not properly tested and causing extreme diformity and health issues. They ruin careers of scientists who step forward with these findings and have their own scientists say the findings were incorrect. They create a proprietary seed that is created to be able to withstand any amount of pesticide and herbacide which they then soak with it and and feed to our livestock and us. It's destroying our cells with the very thing that breaks down the cells in the creatures and plants it's made to destroy. There are so many other things I can't even go on....watch this...

What a captivating visualization of the emotion we've all felt.  It had an even heavier significance with the project being Wonderbound's way to keep the dance going through the early stages of Covid quarantine.

Home Sweet Home

The past haunts us, even if we lock it in a nice container, in a deep dark closet of our subconscious.  After tossing too much in our chests  it begins to surface in unmanageable ways.  This song is about facing the fears that have been lurking in the shadows, taking them out, looking at them, and setting them free.  Inspired by my recent EMDR experience, which incidentally made things much worse.  I was told I have a hypersensory disorder, synesthesia, along with PTSD, that actually made a past assault replay over and over like a projection over reality.  Even more vivid, details, smells, sounds, and the three shadows of my assailants, resurfaced after being walked through it again in attempts to desensitize the emotions connected to the experience.  This composition is an attempt to manifest an end to the torment from what was in the past from being my always current struggle. Be safe, be good to each other, and write a new ending to the narrative that keeps you captive instead of revisiting it.

It's inspired by current world events and the desire for us all to have an inspired leader or an oracle, also the fear of needing to turn tale if the worst happens.
